门窗制造企业在生产过程中，门窗设备供电会出现各式各样的问题，其实这些都是很正常的，下面对经常断电或电压不稳定给设备造成的伤害做一下阐述，希望引起各门窗生产企业的注意。供电不稳定除给企业生产造成影响外，对门窗加工设备也会造成一定的伤害：

（1）设备停机。尽管没有形成物理损坏，但容易可编程控 制 器的程序或逻辑失常、数据丢失或软件损坏。CNC数据（报括操作体系、参数、程序等）不得不从头建立或更换PLC等。供电不稳定也会造成设备的电脑意外死机、锁死或非正常触发设备NC—PLC复位、CNC体系停止响应等问题，致使设备运行不稳定。重新将电脑复位（通常是关机）才能使软件恢复正常作业。

门窗设备厂家

(1) Equipment shutdown. Although there is no physical damage, it is easy to cause program or logic malfunction, data loss or software damage. CNC data (including operating system, parameters, programs, etc.) have to be established or replaced from scratch. The unstable power supply will also cause the computer of the equipment to crash, lock or abnormally trigger the nc-plc reset of the equipment and the CNC system to stop responding, resulting in the unstable operation of the equipment. Reset the computer (usually shut down) to make the software return to normal operation.

（2）设备功能下降。如果长时间存在电压不稳定（电压波动过大），会造成设备电子元件和电路功能下降，电子元器件使用寿命降低，使门窗设备整体运行寿命缩短，这些也是普遍存在各门窗企业内的问题。
